Our pet-friendly apartments for rent are near plenty of local parks for your dogs to burn off some energy! Our homes also offer a variety of stellar amenities such as our AION Wag Dog Park. Choose to explore and take your dog to South Mountain Dog Park, Echo Lake Dog Park, or Cameron Dog Park, all located just 20 minutes from our community. These off-leash dog parks are rarely-crowded and offer plenty of space for your dog to run and play.
Our Pet Policy
- Housebroken dogs, cats, and service animals permitted.
- 2 pet maximum.
- No breeding of any animal allowed.
- $300 flat one time fee for the first pet, $600 total for two pets (due at move-in); Monthly pet rent is $50 for the 1st pet and additional $25 for the 2nd pet.
